Valentine’s Day Vegan Savory French Toast Recipe

Two thumbs-up for a romantic breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and yet the most ignored, I think. I know of many people who totally skip it, or maybe just get it over with a cup of coffee. And many eat their breakfast in a rather unhealthy way – with pizza, or burger, or bread and soda.

This Vegan Savory French Toast recipe is a sweet and healthy choice to serve for breakfast on Valentine’s Day. It’s fulfilling and quite versatile because you can eat the toast on its own, with all the rich taste, or you can have it with fruit.

Recipe Notes
TIP: You could place these in the oven to stay warm.

Also, 2/3 cup plant milk makes a lovely thick coating for the toast. Use 1 cup plant milk for a thinner coating if you want a lighter toast coating or you have more bread to coat.
I prefer the thicker coating myself!
