Instructions
  1. Peel the bananas and dehydrate them at 115 F degrees, that is 46 C degrees, for about 8 hours;
  2. Take the pits out of the dates; Place the dates and carob into the food processor; Pulse these ingredients into a paste;
  3. Cut two, same dimension pieces of parchment paper; Place the paste onto one piece of parchment paper and cover it with the other piece; Flatten the paste with the rolling pen;
  4. Place the dehydrated banana onto the paste; Roll it up; Cut the roll into smaller pieces;
  5. Enjoy!
