Since this is a no-bake surprise, you’ll be doing more of mixing and blending, starting with the dates and other ingredients. Once done and transferred into a bowl, fold in the shredded unsweetened coconut. After chilling, shape them according to preference. Chill again, and then dip them into the non-dairy melted chocolate. Serve chilled, with or without shredded coconut on top. Enjoy!
