It’s hard to find time to eat in the morning as everybody is in a hurry to go for work or school. And it’s hard to find something that can fulfil our daily requirements in the morning meal. Not until I stumbled upon this recipe. There can be nothing so power packed to keep you going through those gruesome and tedious office hours, day in and day out than these Vegan Tofu Burritos.
This burrito has all the ingredients of tofu scramble but with the added comfort of eating a burrito. You just sauté some yellow onions, a juicy tomato, red bell pepper, and a lacinado kale. Then add tofu and sprinkle in some spices. Wrap it up in an avocado-slathered whole wheat tortilla, add a little hot sauce to make it spicier and serve.
