DOUGH
4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1.25 cups water
1 TBS oil
1 tsp salt

FILLING
Cashew Cheese (mentioned and linked above)
1 pint mushrooms
2 cups frozen peas
Large handful of fresh basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
