Asian Delicacy With A Healthy Touch
Japanese surely knew their way around the kitchen. Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking technique in which food is cooked with a glaze of soy sauce and mirin with something sweet such as sugar or honey. Teriyaki is generally sweet, but can be spicy too. This adds a completely different sort of a flavour and appearance to the dish. This perfect recipe brings out the goodness of this cooking style efficiently, is gluten free, and vegan too.
All you need is sesame oil, capsicum, broccoli, mushrooms, carrot, gluten free spaghetti, smoked tofu (which can be omitted/substituted), soy sauce or gluten free Tamari, agave or maple syrup, black pepper, and some sesame seeds and spring onions for garnishing. Bon Apettit!
