Let’s make healthy hummus even healthier
Hummus has always been a popular choice of spread among healthy eaters. It is easy to make with the flexibility of making many variations to suit your taste buds. The traditional Middle Eastern version of Hummus can be quite dense due to the combination of flavors including olive oil, salt, lime and more. Cucumber Hummus is a lighter and far more subtle version of it.
You only need soaked and well-cooked chickpeas, chopped cucumber and flavors for your liking. Mix them all in a food processor until they become a thick paste, drizzle some olive oil and you are good to go.
