The entire process of making this cake goes through two stages i.e. the making of the cake and preparing the frosting. Since it’s a vegan type of cake, coconut/soy milk is used and of course apple sauce instead of eggs. I tell you this cake tastes really good you know, sweet and tangy just the way you would like it.
